7. Payments and Refunds

Certain features of the Service may require payment. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the contract date for a full refund, unless the service has been fully performed with your consent.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@zulachat.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.

8. Creator and Clipper Responsibilities

If you are a creator using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about yourself and your content
  • Respond to user comments and interactions in accordance with our guarantee
  • Comply with all applicable advertising and marketing regulations
  • Respect intellectual property rights of others

If you are a clipper creating content, you agree to:

  • Create original content that complies with platform guidelines
  • Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
  • Not engage in any harmful or illegal activities
  • Follow all community guidelines and standards

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Zulachat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zulachat, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@zulachat.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to refer disputes to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ or to use alternative dispute resolution services.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
